Appointment & Scheduling Policies:
Before scheduling an appointment for your pup, please review the following policies:
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be up to date on their rabies vaccine. Proof of vaccination must be submitted when scheduling the initial consult & trust-building session.
At this time, rabies titers are not accepted as proof of vaccination.
If your dog is medically unable to receive the rabies vaccine, we require a written exemption from your veterinarian.
Intake Forms
Initial consult and re-check consult intake forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to submit forms on time may impact the amount of time available for massage during your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, but we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance twice within a three-month period, they will be required to pre-pay for all future sessions at the time of booking.
In-Home Appointments
If we arrive for an in-home appointment and no one is home, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email.
If we do not receive a response within 10 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the session fee plus travel fees will be charged.
Calming Canine Connections is committed to providing a safe and positive experience for both our clients and their dogs. However, we reserve the right to discontinue services at our discretion if we determine that continuing would not be in the best interest of the dog, the client, or our business. This may include, but is not limited to, instances of safety concerns, non-compliance with policies, or behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate.
If services are terminated, we will communicate our decision respectfully and, when possible, provide recommendations for alternative resources
